A few weeks ago, I wrote about some frustrations I was having with Pillsbury.
Now, of course, venting to all of you made me feel better, but it didn't exactly fix the issue.
So I wrote a kindly worded letter to Pillsbury, expressing my disappointment about the cardboard tubes causing the dough to rip when you open it.
And today, I receive this:
