Happy Baby GIVEAWAY

Ahhh, I've been so excited to share this giveaway.

I've posted before about my love of Happy Baby, and today I get to do it again.
I've already let you know that I'm that mom - the one who's gotten out the blender and the food processor and whipped up my own baby food. I didn't do this (or even think of doing it with my first kid) so doing it with Isabelle makes me feel ultra super domestic. Which is silly, because making baby food is so simple.

However, there's a lot that I don't feel I can make myself. When it come to the purees, I can do the basics, but not the mixed food combinations...I don't think that's in my homemade baby food repertoire. And my skills end with the purees...there's no way I'm making puffs or snack sticks or any of those things.

And that's why I love Happy Baby baby foods.

Happy Baby makes a complete line of premium all-natural, organic meals for your baby and toddler. All Happy Baby products are free from chemicals, artificial ingredients, and preservatives.
According to their website, Happy Baby “…is committed to making baby and toddler food as healthy and delicious as homemade with the essential nutrients needed for optimal growth and development.
Sounds pretty fabulous to me!

In addition, Happy Baby supports sustainable agriculture and its packaging is made from recycled content.

And to top it off, Happy Baby works with Project Peanut Butter to help feed starving children in Malawi. Every package of baby food purchased goes towards this effort.

To sum it all up, Happy Baby is a wonderful company with a fantastic product.

I was sent coupons to try their entire line of products, and I was also sent a copy of their book, Happy Baby The Organic Guide to Baby's First 24 Months.

Happy Bellies: Organic, whole grain cereals with added DHA and probiotics. These cereals (also iron-fortified) make a great first food for baby.
I'm eating Happy Bellies Oatmeal on this spoon!

Happy Baby Puffs are made with whole grains and supplemented with vitamins and minerals, and are perfect for babies to learn self-feeding. The puffs are certified organic, are free of artificial colors and flavors and are very low in sugar.
Obviously, Isabelle loves them!
(According to the recommendations, Isabelle isn't quite ready for puffs, but she seems to do ok with them. I love the all natural ingredients, and that these seem to be much healthier than other brands.)

Happy Baby Pouches are are BPA and phthalate free, and contain organic purees without additives.

So far, Isabelle has tried a couple, and they've all been delicious! (yes, mama tastes them too!)

mmm, bananas, blueberries and beets =)

Happy Baby also makes Happy Melts yogurt melt, Happy Munchies baked cheese and veggie snacks, and Happy Baby Frozen and Happy Bites frozen meals.

I am 100% satisfied with Happy Baby products and recommend them to everyone I know. I love that all their food is all natural and organic, and full of delicious and good-for-baby ingredients. Isabelle has also given everything her stamp of approval too!

Like I mentioned at the beginning of this post, I also received a copy of their book, Happy Baby The Organic Guide to Baby's First 24 Months.

Topics Include:
• Easy, healthy & delicious recipes for babies and toddlers
• Proper nutrition for nursing moms
• Dealing with post-pregnancy stress
• How to teach caregivers to be health-conscious in your absence
• Managing immunization schedules and planning family activities
• How to create an environmentally sound and baby-friendly household
without hazardous chemicals and toxins.
• A checklist for baby and toddler wellness
• Choosing safe products for baby and your home

As you may guess, being a busy mama to two kiddos, I haven't had a chance to read the entire book, but I've really enjoyed what I have read so far. I keep the book on my coffee table and pick it up to read a few pages every chance I get. There's so much information!

And now for the good news! Happy Baby has provided me with the opportunity to award one winner the same coupons and book I received from Happy Baby.
You'll receive the following:
--Happy Baby The Organic Guide to Baby's First 24 Months
--Coupon for free Happy Bellies baby cereal

I currently make my own baby food, but I am looking for something more convenient when we are on the go (defrosting food and keeping it in little containers can get messy when you're out and about). 88. I'm a first time Grammy of an almost 9 month old little boy. I take care of him at least two days a week, and sometimes on the weekend. Therefore, I have to have food on hand in the pantry. I have tried to make a few things in the food mill, but he doesn't care for them. He really gets excited when he sees the little pouch coming with the round ball on top. He loves them, no matter what the flavor. I think it's important to feed this quality food and it's time for the next step. I would like to try the third stage type pouches.
