I like long walks on the beach

I found a new link-up to participate in on this lazy Sunday. Q&A posts are great, because I don't have to think too hard :)

1. what's your favorite rainy day activity?
--Staying in bed, sleeping, reading, and generally being lazy. I don't like being out in the rain.

2. what time do you go to bed?
--usually between 10:30 and 11. Although lately I've been thinking I'd like to adjust that to a little earlier.
3. how many magazines do you subscribe to?
--several, but only because I have gotten them for free from various rewards programs. I get Real Simple, Whole Living, Martha Stewart Living, Everyday with Rachael Ray, Parents, Parenting, Parenting the Early Years, Woman's Health...and that's all I can remember right now.
4. did you sell all your belongings because you thought the world was ending yesterday?
--yes. but yet, somehow, I am managing to type this blog post. It's a miracle!
5. what's your beauty obssesion?
--KEEP IT SIMPLE. Seriously, people. I don't wear any make up on my face (no foundation, powder, concealer, nada!) but I love eye makeup. Mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow is a girl's best friend.
6. if you could only wear one designer/brand for the rest of your life...what would it be?
--as far as clothing, I'd never want to limit myself to one designer or brand. I'll wear anything from cute sundresses, to a great pair of jeans, to tees and tanks, and comfy sweats. I'm sure that one designer/brand is not going to meet all my needs.
However, if we're talking purses, I'm ok with just coach for the rest of my days.

7. what's your summer must have?
--SUNSHINE. Duh. Comfy flip flops, cute summer dresses, iced drinks, and long walks on the beach.
8. do you make weekly dinner menus?
--absolutely NO! I'm one of those 'oh crap! It's 3:30 in the afternoon...what am I going to have ready for dinner in a few short hours?!' sort of people.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!
What is YOUR summer must have??

  4. Wow, you're lucky to get away with so little make-up. I wear concealer, powder, blush, eye shadow, and marscara everyday. Believe it or not, it only takes me about 10 minutes to put on and I look 100x better so it's worth it!

  10. I am so with you on designers for clothes - I am not sure I could even name any designers that make the clothes I wear. Of course that being said, I love MOST of the stuff anthropologie puts out.

i LOVE to stay in bed when it's raining, with the door open so I can smell it. ahhh makes me wish for rain right now.

  12. You go to bed later than I do. I swear I am an 80-year old woman, sometimes, because I prefer to be in bed at 10:00. I'm so lame.
I live for eyeliner and eyeshadow. I can do without mascara, although I prefer not to.
Coach bags are great for everything.

    This is a great Q&A!
